Saucy Chip finds permanent home at Jerusalem Bar & Kitchen

Festival favourites, Saucy Chip is joining Jerusalem Bar and Kitchen in London’s W1 on a permanent basis.

The chip specialists will serve up Rock and Roll Chips – with 24-hour steeped beef gravy, topped with cheddar and Red Leicester; The Italian Job – with fresh basil pesto mayo, melted mozzarella and cheddar and basil and parmesan crumb, and Chippy curry chips – in katsu curry sauce.

Beyond chips, the menu offers the Saucy Chick Burger – a buttermilk marinated spicy chicken burger on a glazed buttermilk bun, topped with a homemade spicy peri peri and garlic mayo and drizzled with a hot Caribbean Sauce.

There’s also Fabulous Fish Balls made with smoked haddock and cod and served with a homemade Cajun-inspired aioli, and The Double Whammy – a double stacked beef burger with double cheese, minced white onion, gherkin relish, lettuce and ketchup.

Saucy Chip will also be cooking up further eats like hot dogs and popcorn shrimp, plus a sauce bar with 20 sauces.

Sweet treats include Knickerbocker Glory, a twist on the S’more and a Death by Chocolate Brownie.
