Revolution appoints interim CFO

Revolution Bars Group plc has appointed Michael Foster as the Interim Chief Financial Officer. He will be working with the group whilst the search for a permanent replacement Finance Director continues.

This news follows the announcement that Chris Chambers, Chief Financial Officer, will step down from the Board on 6 May 2017.

Foster is an FCA with hands-on financial reporting and commercial management experience gained in senior positions in large multi-site retail and leisure businesses, including the last 20 years in major pub and bar companies.

Most recently, he was Chief Financial Officer of iNTERTAIN Ltd (operator of Australia bar brand Walkabout) from 2009 until December 2016 when it was sold to Stonegate Pub Company.

Prior to that, he was Chief Financial Officer of Regent Inns plc from 2005 and held a number of senior accounting roles at Spirit Group (formerly with Scottish & Newcastle Retail), Esporta plc and First Leisure Corporation plc.
