Papa John’s opens in Merthyr Tydfil

Chef's Office, Create, Inspire, Connect

Take away and pizza delivery restaurant chain, Papa John’s has opened a new branch in Merthyr Tydfil, creating 20 new jobs.

John O’Brien owns the franchise and opened the new Papa John’s on the High Street with two former school friends. The partners also run the Papa John’s store in Cwmbran, which was opened earlier this year.

The trio are looking to open another in Pontypridd in the near future, and their long term goal is to open a further four Papa John’s sites in Wales.

US-based brand offers 13 pizza varieties with sides such as potato wedges, corn on the cob, a range of seven types of chicken wings, and chicken poppers. Desserts include brownies, chocolate lava cake and sweet dough knots.
