New chai & coffee house set to open in Camden

The aromatic flavours of south-east Asia are coming to Camden’s Stables Market this month with Pamban, a new all-day chai and coffee house.

As well as freshly-brewed house chai, the venue will be mixing it up with unusual flavour twists, including rose, fudge and mint all served in clay cups.

For food, there are Asian-inspired sweet and savoury treats, like Lamprais – a spiced rice topped with slow cooked curry served in steamed banana leaves, and stuffed Pamban rolls filled with meat and vegetables, as well as sweet buns served with tropical jams and jaggery.
