Celeb-loved Barcelona restaurant set for UK launch in new year

Barcelona’s Mamarosa Beach, which sits below the five-star W hotel, is bringing its restaurant brand to the UK.

Set for completion in 2018, the new two-storey 1,950 sq ft eatery will be situated in Shoreditch Village development (pictured), next to the citizenM boutique hotel.

Serving Italian and Mediterranean fusion dishes, Mamarosa Beach opened in 2011 and is a celebrity haunt for the likes of Lewis Hamilton, Eva Mendes, Hugh Grant, and Shakira,

Mamarosa Shoreditch will serve signature dishes such as tuna tartar with avocado cream and passion fruit, milanesa of chicken with arugula, and black angus loin, alongside a selection of pizzas, fine wines, cocktails and live music. .
